Tuesday January 24, 1:30 PM:  Doubles to Dorms ("D2D") Legislation

CPC is considering CM Giarrusso's proposed new Interim Zoning District to slow the growth of the D2Ds.

Recommended position: Support strong legislation limiting growth of D2Ds. Zoning Docket: ZD 100/22

Short Term Rental Legislation
The CPC is making recommendations to the Council for changes to STR  laws after US 5th Circuit found parts of City’s current STR legislation unconstitutional.

Recommended position: Oppose expansion of Short Term Rentals.Zoning Docket: ZD 002/22
